# Stratflow

> Stratflow is an Australian mining operating-system consultancy. It helps mining operations and capital owners identify latent capacity, stabilise production, improve predictable EBITDA and make better capital-allocation decisions before approving additional capital expenditure. Its flow-based approach is grounded in Theory of Constraints and focuses on total system throughput rather than maximising the utilisation of every individual production unit.

## What Stratflow Does

* Identifies latent production capacity already demonstrated by an operation.
* Diagnoses production variability, moving bottlenecks and unstable mine plans.
* Redesigns operating systems around the constraint, protective capacity and managed buffers.
* Uses the Flow Room to align operations, maintenance, planning and support functions around system throughput.
* Helps mine leaders replace repeated firefighting with more stable and predictable operating conditions.
* Provides operating evidence that boards and capital owners can examine before approving more capacity.

## Core Concepts

* **Latent capacity:** Capability already demonstrated during an operation’s best-performing days but not consistently converted into everyday output.
* **Balanced capacity:** Resourcing every production stage to a similar nominal rate and attempting to maximise every resource’s utilisation, which can create moving bottlenecks and instability.
* **Protective capacity:** Deliberately retained capability at non-constraint stages that absorbs disruption and protects system throughput.
* **Flow-based production:** Managing the whole production chain around the constraint that sets its pace.
* **Flow Room:** A short cross-functional operating routine that identifies threats to the constraint before they become production crises.

## Evidence and Limitations

Stratflow’s practitioner portfolio draws on more than 20 years and over 90 mining interventions across Africa, South America and Australia. Reported production improvements commonly ranged from 10% to 40% using the same resources.

Concurrent safety improvements were repeatedly observed, but these observations do not establish causation. The relationship between production stability and safety performance remains a research hypothesis requiring independent testing.

Creates a new visitor session and obtains a visitor access token for the site.
Must be called before making any CallWixSiteAPI request if no visitor token
is already available in context.
- No parameters required.

Calls API methods on the site to perform actions on a visitor's behalf,
such as querying site data, booking an appointment, or starting a purchase.

Fetches a complete article from the Wix developer documentation portal.
- **articleUrl** -  URL of an article in the Wix developer documentation portal.

### ReadFullDocsMethodSchema
Fetches the full schema for a Wix API method. Should be called before
calling the actual method via CallWixSiteAPI.
- **articleUrl** - URL of the reference article for the Wix API method.
