Stratflow at Mine Managers Association of Australia- 21 May 2025

On 21 May 2025, Stratflow CEO Hendrik Lourens presented to the Mine Managers Association of Australia in Brisbane, offering a new lens through which to view the daily pressures mine leaders face.

🎯 The key message? Many of the issues—production volatility, not meeting targets, mine plan instability, safety risks, team frustration—aren’t isolated problems. They’re symptoms of a deeper systemic issue.
