Step 1. A first look (no cost)

Step 2. A 30-minute conversation

We talk through what your numbers show and whether a closer look is worthwhile.

Step 3. Site assessment (about three days)

We visit, interview leaders in operations, maintenance, planning and processing, and map where flow breaks down. You receive a written view of the constraint, the likely size of the gap and a proposed contained test.

Step 4. Contained operating experiment (typically 90 days)

In one area, the constraint is protected with buffers and triggers, flow measures go to the top of daily reporting, and your team runs a daily 30-minute Flow Room. Decision points are agreed up front and the change can be reversed at any time.

Step 5. Embed and extend

Where the results hold, we help extend the routines, adjust KPIs and decision rights, and hand over fully to your people.

What to expect

Across more than 90 interventions using this method since 2000, output gains have typically been in the 10 to 40 per cent range with the same resources. That is context, not a forecast for any single asset. Production becomes predictable and stabilises at higher output.
